6. Myth About JOB Guarantees ? : Today several institutes have mushroomed claiming to train you and even offer a job as a cabin crew. SOme even lure you by offering job guarantees which is only a myth and used as a bait to entice you to enroll for a bits-n-pieces courses training you in aspects such as grooming, table laying, etc. which is more essential only after you are selected by an airline. In fact such training is given by the airline after they select you for a cabin crew career. In the name of training the institute take the candidate for a joy ride. The importance of these in-flight training is also a matter of debate.

The eligibility criteria to work in the air lines to get is only a degree of 10+2 and some basic personality trails thus the interview are based often these trails. The interview based on self-introduction, general knowledge and personality etc situation handling. But no question on in-flight or technical is asked thus the importance of such kind of training is also in a big doubt for which the candidates has to pay huge amount of money to institute as course fees.
The real in-flight exposure is actually given by the airline themselves after they have selected the candidates.

Thus it seems that these tall claim of owing, hiring airplane and giving in-flight training just stands as advertisement gimmick to attract students.
